Annual Winter Coat Giveaway Saturday, Jan 28th in Mattapan

Wrigcoll Ent. Inc. and Partners to Give Thousands of New Coats to Area Residents in Mattapan

BOSTON–One of the largest new coat giveaways of the season will take place on Saturday, January 28 Wrigcol Entertainment, Inc. and its event partners host their Annual Winter Coat Giveaway where over 2400 new coats, will be provided to attendees and the public on a first-come, first-served basis.

Event Location: Advance Auto Parking Lot, 676 Morton St. Mattapan

Event Time: 12:00 PM – until the last coat is given out.

“We’re are so pleased to be able to do this annual event and hope for a huge turnout and grateful to our generous partners and volunteers,” said Scott Rabb, Operations Director of Wrigcol Entertainment. “Each one of our volunteers and partner worked tirelessly weeks before and during the event because each one of them cares about our community like family,” said Scott.

The Wrigcol Entertainment initiative launched in 2017 and since that time over 5000 new coats have been distributed.

In addition to the thousands of brand-new coats and other winter necessities, event attendees will enjoy refreshments, music, arts, crafts and more.

Partner organizations include, Amazon, Advance Auto, Ocean State Job Lot, and The Greater Boston Communities.
